Well, today is the first day after my full 7 days and my results are truly spectacular...
1. I have lost 9lbs,
2. I have lost 7.3 inches all over, and
3. My BMI has gone down 2 points.
Perhaps as important, I feel great: lean, trim, tight. I was only a tiny bit hungry on the diet around mid-day--other than that, I was 100% satisfied. I had plenty of energy. In fact, I did my normal activity during the 7 days (two spin classes, one yoga class, walked my dogs) and felt great doing it.
I would definitely recommend this diet program and the Calorie Confusion Method inside for people who need a "reset" or who want to see immediate results to motivate lifestyle changes. You will lose weight if you follow this. You will lose inches. And you will learn a lot of about what and how to eat well. Win, win, win!
It's a good diet! I happen to like all the belly-flattening foods included in this diet program, and never feel hungry with eating thermal burn meals. I did not believe I'd lose weight on this without exercise, but I have. There are sample meals enough for a full month, and I've chosen a dozen from the 37 delicious foods that kill belly fat to post on my pantry door. These can be mixed and matched depending on my whim at the time. All meals can be put together in 5 or 10 minutes, a huge plus for me! I've been on it for 2 weeks with a "day off" a week, and have lost 11 pounds. This is unheard of for me. And, weight HAS noticeably come off my belly already, also very unusual when I'm dieting. Now I'm looking forward to adding the easy-to-follow exercise program included -- all doable at home. A great diet program! Lots of variety in the meals, and relatively inexpensive since I buy my frozen foods in bulk at a warehouse store.
I have tried every fad diet on the market. So far this one really works. Lost 17 lb's in less than 30 days, have had a huge increase in energy (I cleaned the garage ???!!!) am never hungry and the belly fat is going. The secret weapon of 7-Day Belly Blast Diet isn't a starvation diet or endless exercise… it's eating delicious food all day long! I would recommend this diet program for anyone looking to loose weight in a healthy manner, quickly, with no exercise. When you have dropped a few pounds, you will want to start working out just because you want the total package for you. Good luck!
This diet program is easy to use to make a change in how you eat. It is full of good information and the diet is easy and you are not hungry, grouchy,or tired if you follow it. Who wouldn't love to be on a diet that includes sweet potato fries? The program also includes a Pre-Program Checklist which ensures that you have everything you need before beginning the 7-Day Belly Blast Diet. It includes a variety of food choices so you don't get tired of eating the same thing all of the time. The program is great! I have lost 10 pounds so far.
It works for me! I find the meals filling and delicious. There is a lot of variety and good suggestions for costumizing the diet to your own needs. I found it hard at first to find some of the foods mentioned, and I use my own favorite food many times instead of the suggested food. But by keeping the calories the same, I maintain the integrity of the diet. I feel so much better, not bloated all the time. This is great if you a tired of that too full feeling around your midsection. I just finished my first 28 days and lost 21 pounds. My husband lost 22. Highly recommend this diet program.
This is not your typical diet...well, it does help you eat right and keep burning body fat, but you don't feel like you are "dieting". I am a fan of most of the diets and this is one of the few diet type programs that I read from cover to cover. It just makes a lot of sense! I also bought one of the cookbooks and everything I've made (turkey sausage, blue cheese and walnut potatoes, Citrus Chicken Salad) has been totally yummy! Plus I feel satisfied AND have the energy to work out :)
I've been following the 7-Day Belly Blast Diet for several weeks and I can really tell the difference in how I look and feel! The fat I carry around my middle is definitely going away and that bloated feeling I always got after a meal has disappeared. But I have to say my favorite thing and what keeps me on the diet is how easy it is to prepare a meal for myself. I can come home from work and have my dinner made in under 10 minutes. The grocery lists are a huge timesaver! I'm extremely busy and ease of preparation is a biggie for me on whether or not I can stick to a diet. The thermal burn meals taste great and I don't ever find myself hungry. Love this!
To all the skeptics who give up this program without even trying it, shame on you. I am currently on this diet and don't even look at it as a diet anymore. It's helped me to change my lifestyle to a healthier one, and I've seen amazing results from it. Yes, we all know that eating less and healthier foods will help, but one of the keys to The 7 Day Belly Blast Diet is eating all day long, I think I was eating too much! I am 29 years old and I simply wanted to lose about 10-15 lbs to be where I was at 21 - which everyone says is crazy and it's just age - let it take it's course. NO! I am now under my weight when I got married and not only that but FEEL great - I no longer crave the unhealthy foods that laced with obesity additives. As I said, it's a lifestyle change and is the only thing that has actually worked for me in years. THANK YOU 7-DAY BELLY BLAST DIET!!!
My husband and I did this together and we've learned how to subsitute local items for the name brand hard to find items. We just compare food labels and get something close. My husband lost 38 pound from Jun to July. I'm only 5'2" and didn't have much too loose so I've always had trouble with that last 5 pounds. I found I lost 14 pounds and I'm VERY pleased. I didn't realize that in my late 30's my body had shifted and weight was starting to accumulate around my waist. My husband was sporting a spare set of, as he calls them, tires and now looks and feels amazing. The doctor has said we can continue on the diet and my husband will just up his calories to the doctor recommended amount. With my activity level, limited, and size the doctor was fine with me remaining at 1600. I highly reccommend this diet program. It will take some effort, planning and does cost a bit more in food. Once you're on it for a while you figure out how to manage the costs and the menu to create something that is easy to have as a daily lifestyle. This also allows for the occasional treat without feeling guilty and gaining weight. I am very thankful we found this diet program as we are much more healthy.
